My account is a personalized dashboard. It is easy to track your order, view your account details through the “My Account” options. There are many benefits of creating a Central Books Online account. Manage all your orders with a click. You can view orders, track them, cancel, return or replace them. You can also manage your personal details and reset your password.
To reset your password you need to follow the below mentioned steps:

Click on My account / Login

Click on Forgot password and enter the email address again

You will receive a password resetting link on your email address

You can reset your password and Login!

As of now it is necessary to create an account on the portal while shopping.

We regret that we do not offer internationally but we have pan India delivery. You may place an order from anywhere in the world, to be delivered in India.

If an item is unavailable, and you have paid for delivery, your order will be sent and the unavailable item will be dispatched free of charge when it becomes available.

No. Once your order has been placed you cannot change it. Our warehouse team are super-efficient, however this processing efficiency means that once an order has been placed and the payment details submitted we unfortunately are no longer able to make any additions, alterations or cancellations to your order. As soon as the order is placed, it is sent directly the warehouse to ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible. You can place another order.
After you have placed an order online, you can log in to see your order status and tracking number.
You can call our courier and quote the Consignment number you have received in your confirmation email.

Yes you can return the item at your expense strictly within 21 days with your tax invoice.
Yes you can return a faulty item
If you originally paid to have your order sent to you and an item is faulty we will pay for your return shipping. If you chose to collect your order then you will need to cover the cost of the return of any item.
You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it. After this time you will have to return your order for a refund when you receive it. An administration fee may be applicable
